We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the company’s financial planning, day-to-day operational efficiency, and internal processes. This key leadership role bridges finance and business operations to ensure optimal performance, informed decision-making, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow statements, and financial performance reports.

  • Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

  • Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, banks, and financial institutions.

  • Conduct financial risk assessments and support strategic investment decisions.

  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to support executive decision-making.

Operations:

  • Oversee and improve operational systems, processes, and policies across the organization.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align finance with sales, logistics, HR, and procurement teams.

  • Optimize vendor and supplier relationships to manage cost efficiency and service delivery.

  • Support contract negotiation and management for business services, leases, and suppliers.

  • Lead business continuity planning and operational risk assessments.

  • Implement scalable systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, accounting tools) to support growth.

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Contribute to business strategy and planning as a core member of the management team.

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and financial discipline.

  • Mentor and manage finance and administrative staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in a finance and operations role, ideally within a growth-focused or SME environment.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

  • Excellent understanding of business operations, systems, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) and Excel.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
