We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance & Operations Manager to oversee the company’s financial planning, day-to-day operational efficiency, and internal processes. This key leadership role bridges finance and business operations to ensure optimal performance, informed decision-making, and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow statements, and financial performance reports.

Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, banks, and financial institutions.

Conduct financial risk assessments and support strategic investment decisions.

Develop KPIs and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
Operations:

Oversee and improve operational systems, processes, and policies across the organization.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align finance with sales, logistics, HR, and procurement teams.

Optimize vendor and supplier relationships to manage cost efficiency and service delivery.

Support contract negotiation and management for business services, leases, and suppliers.

Lead business continuity planning and operational risk assessments.

Implement scalable systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, accounting tools) to support growth.
Leadership & Strategy:

Contribute to business strategy and planning as a core member of the management team.

Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and financial discipline.

Mentor and manage finance and administrative staff as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.

5+ years of experience in a finance and operations role, ideally within a growth-focused or SME environment.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Excellent understanding of business operations, systems, and compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) and Excel.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
