We are seeking a dynamic and design-savvy sales professional to represent our premium lighting solutions to the architectural and design (A&D) community in London. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for lighting, strong industry connections, and a proven ability to influence specifications and drive project success from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and specifiers across London.

Promote our lighting portfolio through project presentations, lunch & learns, showroom visits, and design workshops.

Secure product specifications on commercial, hospitality, high-end residential, and mixed-use developments.

Track specifications through project lifecycles, liaising with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams to ensure project delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, marketing, and product development to provide tailored solutions.

Deliver CPD presentations and represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and design exhibitions.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular reporting on project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activity.

Stay up-to-date with London’s fast-moving design scene, emerging architecture firms, and lighting trends.
Requirements:

Proven track record in specification sales within the lighting or design industry.

Existing relationships within the London A&D community.

Strong technical understanding of lighting systems, controls, and design aesthetics.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
