We are seeking a dynamic and design-savvy sales professional to represent our premium lighting solutions to the architectural and design (A&D) community in London. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for lighting, strong industry connections, and a proven ability to influence specifications and drive project success from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and specifiers across London.

  • Promote our lighting portfolio through project presentations, lunch & learns, showroom visits, and design workshops.

  • Secure product specifications on commercial, hospitality, high-end residential, and mixed-use developments.

  • Track specifications through project lifecycles, liaising with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams to ensure project delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, marketing, and product development to provide tailored solutions.

  • Deliver CPD presentations and represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and design exhibitions.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular reporting on project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activity.

  • Stay up-to-date with London’s fast-moving design scene, emerging architecture firms, and lighting trends.

     

    Requirements:

  • Proven track record in specification sales within the lighting or design industry.

  • Existing relationships within the London A&D community.

  • Strong technical understanding of lighting systems, controls, and design aesthetics.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
