Overview:
We are seeking a Mainframe Business Specialist to provide subject-matter expertise and drive customer relationships for a global leader in technology. In this role, you'll act as a key advisor, understanding customer needs and escalating requests to R&D. You will also identify sales opportunities and contribute to solution proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering value through in-depth product knowledge.
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their IT challenges and align solutions.
  • Support sales teams to achieve financial targets and develop accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance product offerings.
  • Manage customer portfolios, position product offerings, and contribute to business planning.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Mainframe solutions.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in a technical or customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and deliver complex technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

Location: Flexible, with up to 25% travel.
