Operations Manager – Data Centre Industry
Bangkok | Full-time | Leadership Role in Critical Infrastructure
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international data centre operator, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of their Bangkok facility.
This is a key role ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and service continuity across all critical systems. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and uphold the highest standards of uptime, security, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of day-to-day data centre operations

Ensure facility uptime, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal and external standards

Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders

Lead, train, and develop on-site operational teams

Contribute to capacity planning, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives

Support audits, client visits, and reporting requirements
Requirements:

Proven experience in a data centre or mission-critical infrastructure environment

Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems

Track record in team leadership and operational performance management

Knowledge of international standards (e.g. Uptime Institute, ISO, TIA)

Excellent communication skills in English (Thai language skills a plus)
