Operations Manager – Data Centre Industry

Bangkok | Full-time | Leadership Role in Critical Infrastructure


We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international data centre operator, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of their Bangkok facility.


This is a key role ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and service continuity across all critical systems. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and uphold the highest standards of uptime, security, and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day data centre operations

  • Ensure facility uptime, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal and external standards

  • Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders

  • Lead, train, and develop on-site operational teams

  • Contribute to capacity planning, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support audits, client visits, and reporting requirements


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a data centre or mission-critical infrastructure environment

  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems

  • Track record in team leadership and operational performance management

  • Knowledge of international standards (e.g. Uptime Institute, ISO, TIA)

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Thai language skills a plus)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
