Business Development Manager – Americas (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing global organization operating within the electronic components and supply chain industry.
This is a strategic business development role focused on expanding customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and accelerating engagement with the wider commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's full portfolio of solutions rather than individual products and will play a key role in driving long-term business growth across their assigned territory or vertical market.
This position requires a highly motivated sales professional who is comfortable developing strategic growth plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building trusted relationships with customers. Travel throughout the Americas will form an important part of the role (approximately 30–50%), so candidates should be comfortable with regular domestic and international travel.
The ideal individual will bring strong commercial acumen, an established industry network, and a consultative approach to business development. They will also enjoy mentoring colleagues, contributing to team success, and consistently delivering against ambitious growth objectives.

- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organisation and professionalism.

- Strong presentation and customer engagement abilities.
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems to manage customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as Challenger, Miller Heiman or Sandler is advantageous.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% throughout the Americas.
Desirable Experience
- Experience managing large multi-state or regional territories.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic territory plans that maximise market penetration and long-term account growth.
- Existing network within the electronics, semiconductor, EMS, OEM, or supply chain sectors.
- A consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness.
