On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer of architectural LED lighting systems and LED signage lighting solutions, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager. This is a pivotal role for a commercially savvy and technically-minded individual who can operate at both a conceptual and executional level—collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape product vision, strategy, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the voice of the customer and champion user needs in the development of new LED lighting products

Analyze sales, engineering, and ROI data to guide product decisions and strategy

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities

Define and communicate clear product vision and strategy to all stakeholders

Prioritize product features and ensure differentiation in a competitive market

Translate technical specifications into compelling marketing and sales materials
-
Create alignment across cross-functional teams and foster independent decision-making

Balance timelines, budgets, and resources while meeting revenue and innovation targets
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Product Management (experience in the lighting industry is a plus)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Proven ability to define KPIs and track product success metrics

Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics to inform decision-making

Technologically curious with a quick grasp of complex product specifications

Capable of conducting customer interviews, user testing, and market assessments

Skilled in product roadmapping, feature prioritization, and resource allocation

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent in English
