We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in driving B2B sales and expanding our presence within the professional lighting solutions market. This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic sales professional with strong technical understanding and a passion for developing long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive B2B sales within the assigned territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with end-users, lighting specifiers, distributors, contractors, and display manufacturers.

Identify and secure new business opportunities, while expanding engagement with existing customers to position the company as a key industry partner.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to successful deal closure, ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout.

Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and growth objectives.

Develop and present tailored sales offers based on customer project requirements and specifications.

Define and execute effective territory sales strategies, leading commercial negotiations that support revenue and margin growth.

Accurately forecast and track sales performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.

Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution of customer projects, including training sessions, technical support, presentations, and project follow-up.

Represent the company at key industry events, such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars.

Stay informed about market developments, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, providing strategic feedback to the organization.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the lighting, electrical, or technical solutions sector

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Self-motivated, with a structured and strategic approach to territory management

Technical understanding of lighting products and applications is a plus
