We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in driving B2B sales and expanding our presence within the professional lighting solutions market. This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic sales professional with strong technical understanding and a passion for developing long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales within the assigned territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with end-users, lighting specifiers, distributors, contractors, and display manufacturers.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, while expanding engagement with existing customers to position the company as a key industry partner.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to successful deal closure, ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout.

  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and growth objectives.

  • Develop and present tailored sales offers based on customer project requirements and specifications.

  • Define and execute effective territory sales strategies, leading commercial negotiations that support revenue and margin growth.

  • Accurately forecast and track sales performance, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution of customer projects, including training sessions, technical support, presentations, and project follow-up.

  • Represent the company at key industry events, such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars.

  • Stay informed about market developments, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, providing strategic feedback to the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the lighting, electrical, or technical solutions sector

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Self-motivated, with a structured and strategic approach to territory management

  • Technical understanding of lighting products and applications is a plus

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
