We are partnering with a well-established international business to recruit a Regional Sales Director for the Iberian market. This senior leadership position is responsible for driving commercial strategy, leading regional sales teams, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across Spain and Portugal. The role requires a strategic, commercially minded leader with strong knowledge of the Iberian market and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Delivery

Develop and execute the Iberia sales strategy in line with global business objectives.

Identify new market opportunities, growth segments, and strategies to expand market share.

Forecast regional sales performance and set targets to achieve profitable growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.

Negotiate major contracts and commercial agreements.

Expand the customer base and drive innovative sales initiatives across the territory.

Monitor and report on sales performance to senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product and operations teams to optimise customer experience.

Prepare annual budgets and present to senior leadership for approval.

Represent the organisation at customer visits, trade days, training sessions, networking events and relevant business functions across Iberia and occasionally overseas.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments in Spain and Portugal.

Gather and report competitor intelligence, including pricing, technology developments and channel movements.

Provide insight to shape product development, marketing plans and pricing strategies.

Candidate Profile
