We’re seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded Senior Account Manager to join our expanding team in Ho Chi Minh City. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both face-to-face collaboration and the flexibility of remote working. You'll take ownership of key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and help shape strategic sales initiatives across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Account Management & Growth

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of key clients

  • Nurture long-term partnerships and identify opportunities to expand business

  • Deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs and expectations

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Build and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed targets

  • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and quality teams to support seamless order fulfilment

  • Lead client negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes

  • Customer Engagement

  • Stay in regular contact via calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits

  • Travel occasionally for client visits and key business meetings within Vietnam or the broader region

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide feedback from clients to help shape broader commercial strategy

  • Use CRM tools to maintain accurate reporting, pipelines, and forecasts


    What We’re Looking For

    • Several years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development

    • Background in electronics, distribution, or technology industries is preferred

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English

    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities

    • Well-organised, self-motivated, and proactive in managing day-to-day tasks

    • Proficient in using CRM systems and digital collaboration tools

    • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with occasional travel
