Senior Siebel Developer
***6-month contract with possibility of renewal
 
We are looking for a Senior Siebel Developer with strong Oracle Customer Hub (OCH) experience to work on large-scale enterprise CRM and customer master data platforms. This role sits in a high-complexity environment where Siebel remains mission-critical, supporting customer onboarding, servicing, and integration with multiple downstream systems.
You will be responsible for maintenance of ETL’s, building, and supporting Siebel CRM and Oracle OCH solutions with a strong focus on customer data quality, integration, and performance.
This role suits someone who has worked in regulated, high-transaction environments and understands how Siebel and OCH operate at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities:
 • End-to-end Siebel development using Siebel Tools including configuration, scripting, workflows, assignment rules, and business services
 • Design and build Siebel Open UI components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
 • Develop and maintain complex workflows, integration objects, and EAI components
 • Support Siebel performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production incidents
 • Work with Oracle Customer Hub to manage and synchronise master customer data
 • Support customer data consolidation, deduplication, survivorship, and data quality rules
 • Ensure accurate and reliable data flows between Siebel CRM, OCH, and downstream systems
 • Troubleshoot data mismatches, integration failures, and customer record inconsistencies
 • Design and support integrations using REST, SOAP, EAI, and middleware platforms
 • Collaborate with integration, data, and architecture teams on customer data strategies
 • Produce technical design documents and mapping specifications
 • Work closely with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions
 • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release management
 • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers

Requirements
 • 8+ years hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development
 • Strong experience with Siebel Tools, workflows, scripting, assignment manager, and configuration
 • Proven experience working with Oracle Customer Hub (OCH) or similar Oracle MDM solutions
 • Solid understanding of customer master data concepts including deduplication and survivorship
 • Experience with Siebel Open UI and browser scripting
 • Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills
 • Experience integrating Siebel with enterprise systems via REST, SOAP, or EAI
 • Experience working in large, complex, enterprise environments
Nice-to-Have
 • Experience in financial services, telecoms, or other highly regulated industries
 • Siebel or Oracle certifications
 • Exposure to Agile delivery environments
 • Experience with high-availability and performance-critical systems
