The MRL sabbatical project

A few months ago we launched our MRL Sabbatical Project. The idea was to address the high burn out rate in recruitment. Something that consultants in the sector would be very familiar with! The long days can add up and before you know it, you’re spent! So hey-presto the Sabbatical Project was born. A unique benefit that rewards loyalty with one month off fully paid, one thousand pounds thrown in, all to give you a trip of a lifetime.
The idea got picked up a few times by press houses celebrating its benefits which you can read below:
Luckily we have quite a few team members over Europe that have been with us over the qualifying five years, so it wasn’t long till someone got to go! And that lucky first person was Sarah Sandig, the Office Manager in Dresden. We caught up with her after her trip and crafted it into our first case study.
