Theo Philip joined MRL in May this year (2023) with a background in recruitment for Software Engineers in the Eastern European markets. We asked Theo for his favourite quote of all time, this is what he gave us:

In his spare time, Theo is an avid gamer and enjoys building PCs, he is also a hiker who reads philosophical books. Most recently, he has begun his fitness journey and is exploring the fundamentals of weight training and Muay Thai, both of which he has a trainer.
