Our client, a leading provider of high-end architectural lighting solutions, is seeking an experienced Export Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence across Latin America (LATAM). This role is based in Barcelona and requires a strategic professional with a deep understanding of export management, specification-based sales, and international business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a tailored export strategy for the LATAM region, aligned with the company’s sales objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, partners, architects, and key stakeholders in the region.
  • Lead contract negotiations, distribution agreements, and commercial partnerships to increase market share.
  • Provide technical support and expertise on the company’s product portfolio to partners and clients in LATAM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and the successful execution of projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional regulations to refine business strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates, highlighting opportunities and challenges.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, fostering long-term business relationships.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management or sales within lighting, architecture, or design industries, with a strong focus on LATAM.
  • Proven ability to manage distribution networks and drive sales growth in international markets.
  • Experience with architectural lighting solutions or technical products is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the LATAM region.
