QC Inspector - Hong Kong

We’re currently seeking a detail-focused QC Inspector to join a fast-paced quality environment in Kwun Tong. This is a hands-on role ensuring incoming components meet strict customer and product specifications, supporting smooth and accurate production flow.

Role Overview

As a QC Inspector, you’ll play a key part in maintaining product integrity by inspecting incoming electronic components and ensuring compliance with defined quality standards. You’ll be responsible for identifying issues early, documenting findings, and ensuring non-conforming materials are correctly routed through the quality process.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and match incoming parts against purchase orders and customer requirements
• Verify components against datasheet specifications
• Record and input product data into receiving systems
• Identify, document, and process non-conforming products
• Label and prepare conforming products for packaging
• Support stock handling for shipping and storage
• Complete detailed inspection reports and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with quality management procedures

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ inspection experience within the electronic components / aerospace / automotive or medical device industry
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Word/Excel
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
• Clear communication skills in written and spoken English
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to follow health & safety and quality procedures consistently
