Regional Sales Manager – EMEA

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology organisation for a Regional Sales Manager – EMEA to drive sales growth, develop strategic customer relationships and expand market presence across the EMEA region.

This is a commercially focused role for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in technology-driven industries and a proven track record of delivering growth across complex markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across EMEA.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within key markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, partners and industry stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts and regional business plans.

  • Identify market trends, customer requirements and competitive activity to support regional growth strategies.

  • Lead commercial negotiations and support the development of strategic partnerships.

  • Work closely with technical, product, R&D and operations teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer requirements.

  • Represent the organisation at key industry events and customer meetings across the region.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on pipeline, revenue and market development.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership within a technology-driven industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and developing markets across EMEA.

  • Strong experience managing strategic accounts and building long-term customer relationships.

  • Commercially focused with strong negotiation, business planning and financial skills.

  • Experience working across technical, sales and operational functions in complex environments.

  • Strong understanding of market development, customer needs and competitive landscapes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region.

  • Fluent English; additional European languages would be advantageous.
