An international organisation operating within a fast-paced, technology-driven sector is looking for a Business Analyst to join its regional IT team, working on a hybrid basis from Singapore.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with both business and technical teams to support the delivery of systems, process improvements and data-driven initiatives across a global environment. You will play a key role in translating operational needs into practical technology solutions that enhance efficiency and support ongoing business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements from key stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
  • Review and analyse current workflows to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
  • Produce clear documentation including process maps, use cases and requirement documents
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers and testing teams throughout project delivery
  • Perform data analysis to support business insights and operational decision-making
  • Assist with system testing, validation and implementation of new solutions or enhancements
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables align with business objectives
  • Support initiatives across core operational processes including order management and procurement workflows

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Approximately 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
  • Familiarity with process modelling or business analysis methodologies
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to SQL or Power BI for reporting or analysis
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum project environments
