Sales Team Lead – Seoul, South Korea

About the Role

We are supporting a global technology-focused organisation in hiring a Sales Team Lead to drive commercial growth across South Korea. This is a high-impact leadership role based in Seoul, responsible for leading a small but high-performing sales team, developing key customer relationships, and expanding market share across the electronics and semiconductor supply chain.

The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced, international environment and play a key role in shaping regional strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing strategic accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EMS providers, and key industrial customers
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align sales strategy and execution
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities within the South Korean electronics sector
  • Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Support commercial negotiations and pricing strategies where required

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within electronics, semiconductor distribution, or related technical industries
  • Demonstrated leadership or team management experience (formal or informal)
  • Strong network within the South Korean electronics manufacturing ecosystem is highly desirable
  • Commercially driven with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong communication skills in Korean and English
  • Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organisation
