Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality (EHS/QMS) Analyst
Amsterdam, Netherlands | Full-Time

Are you passionate about sustainability, quality, and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for an experienced Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality (EHS/QMS) Analyst to play a key role in shaping environmental initiatives, maintaining global quality standards, and supporting business-wide compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing international organisation where you'll have the chance to influence sustainability strategy, lead audit activities, and help embed a culture of quality and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting and developing the company's sustainability programme, including measurable environmental goals and carbon footprint initiatives.
  • Maintaining compliance with ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS6081 and AS9120.
  • Managing customer sustainability and ESG platforms 
  • Developing and maintaining quality management policies, procedures and controlled documentation.
  • Planning and conducting internal and supplier audits while driving continual improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting customer audits, certifications and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Investigating Return Material Authorisations (RMA) and monitoring quality performance metrics.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best practice across quality, environmental and safety management.

What we're looking for:

Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.

Around 3–5 years' experience in quality and/or EHS auditing.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS9120 (Lead Auditor qualification would be advantageous).

Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

 Comfortable managing multiple projects and working across international teams.

Experience within electronics or electronic components would be beneficial but isn't essential.
