Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse administration and shipping operations?

We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Kwun Tong. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on operational support while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance throughout the warehouse process.

Key Responsibilities:

? Support daily warehouse operations and material flow

? Move inventory and materials to Quality Inspectors and designated storage locations

? Organise, sort, and maintain inventory to maximise warehouse efficiency

? Prepare accurate packaging, labelling, and shipping documentation

? Handle domestic and international shipping invoices

? Support customs clearance activities and test report preparation

? Review supplier invoices and perform general warehouse administration tasks

? Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, shipping regulations, and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year's experience in domestic and/or international shipping operations

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
