Our client is a global leader in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), powering mission-critical connectivity and payments solutions for some of the world’s most recognised financial institutions, telecom providers, and retailers.
With operations across 60+ countries, they are entering an exciting phase of growth in Spain — and are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to be at the forefront of that expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new business (“new logos”) while growing and expanding existing accounts
- Owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to deal closure and renewals
- Building a strong pipeline (3x coverage) and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Engaging senior stakeholders to understand challenges and position tailored solutions
- Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to grow recurring revenue
- Partnering with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance) to win complex deals
- Delivering impactful product demonstrations and commercial proposals
- Acting as a trusted advisor to your clients and a key voice in the market
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years’ experience in payments, connectivity, or technology solutions sales
- A proven track record of overachieving against quota
- Experience managing both complex enterprise deals and high-volume opportunities
- A proactive, hunter mindset — someone who creates opportunities, not waits for them
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English (essential)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
