Founding Customer Solutions Engineer | AI | Product Compliance

We're partnering with a well-funded, venture-backed technology startup that's using AI to solve some of the biggest challenges facing engineering and compliance teams around the world.

This is a rare opportunity to join as one of the first hires in a customer-facing function, working directly with global manufacturers to understand their existing compliance processes, design smarter workflows, and help them adopt cutting-edge AI technology.

We are looking for someone with a more traditional product compliance background, who is interested in a role where you will use your industry expertise to solve complex customer problems, influence product development, and play a key role in shaping how the company grows.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience in Product Compliance, Regulatory Engineering, Certification or Homologation within a manufacturing environment
• A strong engineering mindset and enjoys solving complex problems
• Excellent communication skills and enjoys working directly with customers
• An interest in AI and technology, with the curiosity to learn new tools and approaches
• Experience within industries such as automotive, industrial, consumer products, electronics or medical devices would all be of interest
